5-5:20 - Wyndham team warm ups

5:25- 5:45 pm Canterbury team warm ups

5:30 - Timers meeting

5:45 pm - Officials meeting

6:00 pm - Meet starts

Location: Our pool is located at the Wyndham Swim and Racquet Club, 6401 Old Wyndham Drive. 

Parking: The parking lot will be reserved for your team, and we will specifically reserve spaces for your coaches and team officials.  Please know that it is very small and that there will be parking attendants to help.  Paring will also be available on the grassy area between the tennis courts and in nearby neighborhoods.  Please observe the "no parking" signs that we have put in place along Old Wyndham Drive. 

Seating: Seating the the away team is located to the left of the pool house, on the far side of the diving well.   Please bring additional chairs and blankets for your use.  Please note that the tennis courts are open to the public during the meet and off limits to swimmers and siblings at all times.  We ask that all swimmers remain between the club entrance/parking lot or inside the pool fence until their events are complete so they can hear the announcer. 

Check In: Please do not check in any earlier than 4:30 pm.  Check in must be complete by 5:15 pm.  A table will be set up in front of the clubhouse. 

Clerk of Course: The Clerk of Course area is located to the right of the pool house.  Children will gather on the grassy area when their events are called.  

Event results will be posted on the columns in front of the clubhouse.
