Meet Announcements

• If you see any mistakes please let me know. 
• All relays are subject to change. 
• If you will be late to the meet and/or miss warmups please let me know so your swimmer will not be scratched from the meet. 

We will be holding another food drive for the Central Virginia Food Bank. This weeks competition will be BOYS V. GIRLS. The winner will get to leave practice on Friday (6/25) 15 minutes early to have a fun practice. We will accept cans and monetary donations. 

Thursday practice will be a fun practice with donuts!!! We will play water polo and other fun pool games as well as bring out the noodles. Thursday Practice times for the rest of the year are listed below. 

Thursday Fun Practice Times

9:00 am - 10:00 am: 11 and up swimmers

10:00 am - 11:00 am: 10 and under swimmers
