Date change for virtual mert
Good afternoon and sorry for mutt i please emails in past 24 hours-
Our last meet will be virtual versus Chestnut Oaks. The date has been changed to Tuesday, July 13th. Please adjust your calendars accordingly.
Please read over the following message from our volunteer coordinator:
Home meets require significantly more volunteers than away meets. For Chestnut Oaks, we must have 3 timers per lane, all of which will be Canterbury parents-that's 18 timers per half!. We need everyone to make sure they are signed up for the required number of shifts. If you have not met the requirements, a shift will be assigned to you. We would much rather you choose your shift, so please sign up today. See below for the minimum requirements. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
Families with 1 swimmer must work THREE (3) volunteer shifts (one shift equals half of a meet).
Families with two (2) or more swimmers must work FOUR (4) volunteer shifts.
Families with a swimmer 9 years of age or older must sign up for at least TWO (2) second-half shifts.
If you are unable to fill your position for any reason (including meets delayed or rescheduled due to weather), it is your responsibility to find a replacement and inform the Volunteer Coordinator of the change. If parents fail to show up for their volunteer job, a $25 fine will be assessed per volunteer job missed. Your swimmer(s) cannot participate in ANY SWIM TEAM ACTIVITY until the fine is paid. To sign up for volunteer shifts, go to the schedule, click on the meet, and then the "job signup" tab. You will be able to see open jobs and sign up.Thanks!!
