    Swim Team Weekly Reminders and Updates

    Hi Crocs!  Thanks to all who were to come out today and meet the coaches and enjoy a sweet treat!  It's going to be a great season.  Here are the reminders and update for the week.

    • Practice starts tomorrow!  Click here for the schedule.  
    • Spirit Wear orders are due by this Friday, May 27.  Click here to order spirit wear.
    • Please be sure you have read through the 2022 Crocs Handbook.
    • I had a parent ask about trying to find an old team suit that a swimmer has out grown or no longer wants.  If you have a suit that you no longer want and are willing to give it away OR if you are looking to take an old suit off someone's hands, please email [email protected].  Please let me know which you are seeking and if you have a suit to give away, please let me know the gender and size of the suit.  I will compile a list and email those interested everyone's contact information so they may organize a swap.
    • All Social Events and Swim meets have been added to the Schedule on swimtopia.  Please check them out and sign up for the events and meets you plan to participate in.  Upcoming events include:
      • New Parent Meeting on June 9 at Canterbury from 4:30-5pm at the pool.  Please RSVP if you plan to attend.  
      • Glow Party on June 10 at Canterbury from 5-9pm.  Please RSVP and sign up to bring a sweet treat. 
      • First Swim Meet is on June 15 at Hungary Creek.
    • Please be sure you are signed up for Rained Out.  See below for Coach Zach's instructions on how to get signed up.

    This year we will be using rained out again to notify families and swimmers of any last minute practice changes (such as cancellation due to weather) and any last minute meet updates. We strongly encourage all parents, guardians, and swimmers with phones to register. There are three different ways to register for rained out listed below.

    1. Text CANTERBURY to 84483. You will receive an automated confirmation in return; OR

    2. Go to https://www.rainedout.net/team_page.php?a=f9af6c3a9fd8cd4155c9 and follow the instructions; OR

    3. Go to www.RainedOut.com and search for Canterbury Swim Team. Follow the instructions to sign up.
