Hi Crocs.  Here are this week's swim team reminders and updates.

• Informational email about Meet #1 will be sent by Monday night.
• Volunteer Shifts- families are required to complete 4 volunteer shifts throughout the season.  If you have not signed up for 4 shifts, please do so asap.  We will start assigning families shifts tomorrow for Meet #1 and on Friday for the rest of the season.  Once shifts are assigned, if the parent fails to find a sub, or show up for the volunteer shift, a $100 fine will be assessed per volunteer shift missed.  
• RSVP's for Meet #2 against Burkwood at NOVA Regency are due by Friday, June 17.  Click here to RSVP.  
• RSVP's for the Banquet on July 27 are due by this Sat, June 18.  Click here to RSVP.  Payment for dinner at the banquet is due to Amy Maiden no later than Friday, June 24. Please see RSVP form for payment information.
• Swim Team pictures are Friday, June 24 in the morning.  More information to come.

Swim Caps:

If you purchased a silicone cap or your swimmer needs a latex cap, he/she can pick that up at swimmer check-in on Wednesday.  

Swim Clinics

The coaches will offer 4 swim clinics this summer.  Signups for each clinic are limited to 25 swimmers on a first come, first serve basis.  RSVP's will open up on swimtopia for the first 3 swim clinics tomorrow, June 13, at 8am.  RSVP's for the 4th swim clinic will open up later in July before Champs.  Clinics dates are listed below.  All clinics will run from 9:15-10am.

• June 25- Breaststroke Clinic
• July 2- Butterfly Clinic
• July 9- Starts and Turns Clinic
• July 16- Reserved for close Champs qualifies

End of the year video:

Do you have pictures of your kid/s and their friends that you have taken so far this season from practice, meet the coaches event, the Glow Party, etc?  If so, we would love for you to share them with us for the end of the season video.  Please email them to [email protected].
