Team pictures:

Team pictures will be on Friday, June 24 from 8-9:30/9:45am.  Please see the attached order form if you wish to purchase pictures.  We are also looking for someone to volunteer that morning from 8-10am to help the photographer and help keep the kids organized.  If you sign up this WILL count as 1 of your required swim meet volunteer shifts even though it will not be at a swim meet.  You can signup for this shift under the job option on swimtopia for Team Pictures on June 24.

• Individual pictures will begin at 8am and will conclude at 9:15am.
• The team picture will be taken at 9:30 (all swimmers and coaches should be at the pool and in place before 9:30)

Clarification on Volunteer Shifts

I am still getting a lot of questions about volunteer shifts.  The entire swim program, except for our coaches, is comprised of volunteers. These are not paid positions. In order to run smooth and timely swim meets, we need everyone to help make that happen. Part of the registration process for swim team is that each family agrees to volunteer for 4 shifts at swim meets.  Signing up to bring food for swim team social events does not count towards your required swim meet volunteer shifts.  If a family was unable to select any or all swim meet volunteer shifts at the time of registration, and we allowed you to go ahead and register, it was with the understanding that we would find swim meet shifts for you once registration closed.  Also, families that were able to select 4 swim meet shifts at the time of registration are not permitted to then go back and remove them once the registration is complete.  I hope this helps clear up any confusion.  We appreciate everyone taking a role in helping out at swim meets!
