Volunteer Information
June 19th
Hi Crocs. Thanks to everyone that helped at the June 15 meet and to those that had to fill in at the last minute! Below is information on volunteering procedures and expectations. All shifts have been covered and job sign-ups have been closed. We highly encourage you to log in to your account and remind yourself what you are signed up for. If you were placed in a job, you received a notification email. If you are still missing all 4 required shifts, our volunteers coordinators will reach out to you throughout the season with ways you will be asked to help, including at Champs.
Volunteering Procedures:
The volunteer coordinators this year are Angie Coleman and Lauren Kraegel.
- Volunteer Coordinators will send a reminder email to those signed up to volunteer prior to each meet.
- It is your responsibility to fulfill your volunteer obligation/s. If you are no longer available, it is your responsibility to find a replacement and let the volunteer coordinators know the name of your replacement prior to the swim meet. If you fail to show up to volunteer, you will be assessed a $100 fine. Your child/children will not be able to participate in swim practice or swim meets until the fine is paid. This will go into effect starting at the June 22 swim meet.
- 1st half volunteers are required to check-in at volunteer check-in by 5:30pm. 2nd half volunteers are required to check-in at volunteer check-in by 6pm. Volunteer check-in is always near swimmer check-in. If you cannot find it, please ask someone to help you find it. Volunteer check-in is from 4-6pm. If you are a second half volunteer and cannot check-in by 6pm, please email the volunteer coordinators to let them know you will be late. It is your responsibility to find the volunteer coordinators when you arrive to check-in and receive your name tag. Failure to check-in and show up to your shift, will involve the $100 fine regardless if you are at the meet or not.
Thanks for your help in making our swim meets run efficiently!
