Hi Crocs!  Here are some reminders of some upcoming events and deadlines for this week.

RSVP's for Meet #3 on June 29 are due by this Friday, June 24.

Banquet:

If you said you wanted to participate in the Publix meal at the banquet on July 27, payment is due to Amy Maiden by this Friday, June 24.  You may Venmo Amy at Amelia-Maiden or mail a check made payable to Amy Maiden to 1900 Grenadier Court, Henrico, VA 23238.  If payment is not received by Friday, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the meal.  We have to pay Publix next week, so we appreciate your understanding with this firm deadline.

Team pictures:

Team pictures will be on Friday, June 24 from 8-9:30/9:45am. Please see the attached order form if you wish to purchase pictures.  Practice times will be different on Friday due to pictures.  Coach Zach will communicate those changes on Tuesday.

• Individual pictures will begin at 8am and will conclude at 9:15am.
• The team picture will be taken at 9:30 (all swimmers and coaches should be at the pool and in place before 9:30)

Swim Clinics

The coaches will offer 4 swim clinics this summer. Signups for each clinic are limited to 25 swimmers on a first come, first serve basis. RSVP's opened on swimtopia for the first 3 swim clinics on June 13 and will remain open until full. RSVP's for the 4th swim clinic will open up later in July before Champs. Clinics dates are listed below. All clinics will run from 9:15-10am.

• June 25- Breaststroke Clinic
• July 2- Butterfly Clinic
• July 9- Starts and Turns Clinic
• July 16- Reserved for close Champs qualified

Scavenger Hunt:

June 30 4-7pm at Cheswick Park (no afternoon swim practice on June 30 so coaches can attend this event.)

Bring the entire family and watch our Canterbury Crocs compete outside of the pool in a scavenger hunt for prizes in the Croc Olympics! The pavilion is open to us from 3:45pm-7pm so come for the hunt and pack a picnic and stay for the afternoon! The scavenger hunt will begin promptly at 4pm! Parents must accompany their child/children for the scavenger hunt and if you decide to stay after to play at the park and/or have a picnic dinner. Please RSVP on swimtopia by Monday, June 27.

End of the year video:

Do you have pictures of your kid/s and their friends that you have taken so far this season from practice, meet the coaches event, the Glow Party, swim meets, etc? If so, we would love for you to share them with us for the end of the season video. Please email them to [email protected].
