The Colonies Cruisers welcome the Canterbury Crocs on Wednesday, July 6th.

The pool entrance gate will open at 4:30pm. No one will be allowed to enter the pool area before then.

The meet will start at 6 pm.

5:00-5:20 PM Colonies Warm-ups

5:20-5:40 PM Canterbury Warm-ups

5:40 PM Officials Meeting, including Runners, Starters, Strokes & Turns

5:50 PM Timers Meeting

5:55 PM National Anthem

6:00 PM Meet Start Time

Pool Specifics:

●Our pool is measured in meters and has six lanes.

●Swimmers can dive in the start end, but the 2nd and 4th legs of 8 and under relays will need to start in the water. Timers will need to move only for 8 & under 25 events but not relays.

Parking: Your team is invited to park in the main parking lot. We ask our families to park in the neighborhood. Three parking places will be reserved for your coaches and one for the parent representative. We will reserve one space for our concessions chair.

Seating: Seating for the away team is located on the terraces - to the right as you enter from the visitor's gate, on the parking lot side of the pool. Please bring deck chairs for your use. Please note the tennis courts, baby pool and diving well are off-limits during the meet. Please ask swimmers to refrain from entering the courts, and not to play in the baby pool while at the clerk of course. Also, please remind your swimmers that they should not play on the stairs behind the clubhouse or the tennis courts. There is also no smoking/vaping allowed.

Venmo Elizabeth Roetger @elizabeth-roetger by 7:00pm on Tuesday July 5th. Last 4 digits are 5134. All

entries will be "liked" so you know it went through. Be sure to include your email address and last name

in the comments. Winner will be notified no later than Wednesday morning. Your reserved parking spot

will be marked with a sign.

Tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 10 for $20

Check-In: Please have your team begin check-in no earlier than 4:30. Check-in must be completed no later than 5:10. A table and chairs will be set up to the right of the clubhouse at the top gate for your check-in.

Warm-ups: Your team will warm up from 5:20-5:40 p.m. Home team warm-ups are from 5:00-5:20 p.m..

Meetings: The officials meeting will take place between 5:40. The timers meeting will take place at 5:50.

Clerk of the Course: The Clerk of the Course is located behind the blocks in the baby pool area.

Starter: Our starter is on the right side of the pool, so your swimmers who are not dive block certified will need a “X” for in-water starts or an “O” for side starts marked on their right shoulder. 

Concessions: Concessions are located on the clubhouse deck above the tennis courts. We will be selling the following food items:

Our Concessions Stand will offer grilled burgers, hot dogs, pizza, chips, drinks, candy and more! Prices range from $1 - $4.50. This year we are CASHLESS, so make sure to bring your favorite CARD to pay with.

Please note****The concession stand accepts CARD ONLY (cash WILL NOT be accepted)! 

Weather: If there is a sighting of lightning or hearing of thunder, all participants must clear the fenced pool area and go to their vehicles. The visiting team should go to their cars, but going home is an option for families in the pool neighborhoods. Any weather delay after 10:30 will postpone the meet to the make-up date. Cut-off time for the meet is 11:30 pm.

Event Results: Will be posted outside the French doors near concessions on the upper deck of the clubhouse.

Restrooms: Are located on the lower deck under the clubhouse.
