Hi Crocs!  At this time, all families have been placed in their 4 required volunteer shifts and all meets are covered.  Thanks to everyone who reached out to help get Meet 6 covered!  

As mentioned before, if you are unable to fulfill your volunteer shift for a particular meet, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place.  If you switch with someone, please notify me and Angie Coleman at [email protected].  Please keep in mind that failure to complete a volunteer shift or find someone to take your place will result in a $100 fine.  Your swimmer/s will not be able to participate in any part of swim team until the fine is paid.  Swim team and swim meets are run entirely on volunteers, so we appreciate everyone's time and effort to make these things happen.  

Reminder emails about volunteer shifts will be sent the week of each meet to those signed up to volunteer that week.  If you need a reminder of what you are signed up for this season, please email [email protected] to kindly request those be emailed to you.

Please also remember to check in for your volunteer shift no later than 6pm even if you are volunteering during the 2nd half.
