Good Evening Crocs! 
I first want to thank everyone for their flexibility yesterday with all the changes that occurred. While it was a lot to process in the moment, we appreciated the positivity, support, and patience as we made the most of the night. In order to finish our meet against Wyndham on Saturday, I need to account for what swimmers are unavailable to swim in relays. If your swimmer(s) are 9 years of age or older and are NOT coming to the meet on Saturday morning by 8am, please email me at [email protected] or text me at (434)238-0284 to let me know by 4pm tomorrow. If I don’t hear from you and your child was scheduled to be in a relay this week, they will still be swimming in a relay on Saturday.

I will email out a finalized list of relays for each age group by 6:30pm tomorrow night  so please make sure you look out for that email, as no new entry cards will be given out on Saturday morning. We will have relay board showing all relays but meet should be done in an hour so it will help to know what relay and stroke your swimmer(s) will be doing prior to arrival. 

Thank you again for your flexibility these past 24 hours! It truly takes a village and I think we can all proudly say GO CROCS on Saturday when we finish this week!
