Hi Crocs.  Here are a couple of reminders.

• Please be sure to let Coach Lauren know if you will not be able to participate in a relay tomorrow by 4pm today, [email protected].
• If you were a 2nd half volunteer at the meet on Wednesday and found someone to come in your place tomorrow morning, please let Angie Coleman know by tonight, [email protected].
• Spirit Wear and team pictures will be available for pickup tomorrow at the meet.
• Please RSVP for Meet 5 on July 12 by 11:30pm tonight.  Coach Lauren needs to know if you are coming or if you are not coming.  If you have special requests for events, please write those in the notes section.
