Hello Canterbury Croc Families!

It has been awesome the past two days welcoming new and returning croc swimmers to the pool for practice! We couldn't have asked for more perfect swimming weather to start the season and it's been fun seeing all the smiles in/out of the water. The coaching staff is excited to see everyone and it is amazing to have such an eager group of swimmers to kick off the season!

Meet the Coaches

I am looking forward to starting my fourth season at Canterbury and 18th season of coaching. It's always amazing to get the season started and see swimmers enjoy the water, grow as they try new things, and have fun with their teammates! As a coaching staff, we want everyone to feel comfortable and supported throughout the season. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to any of the coaching staff at practice or email me directly. We are looking forward to a great summer as Canterbury Crocs!

Practice:

Review the Swimtopia website for reminders about practice times, but the following updates are for this upcoming week:

• There is no practice on Fridays until morning practices start the week of June 1!
• Reminder that there also is no practice on Monday, May 25 due to the Memorial Day holiday.

Swim Meet Buddies

If your swimmer(s) would like to participate in our meet buddy program, please fill out this Google form by Friday, May 29th. We will host a freezer pop meetup on Monday, June 1st at 6pm to give each buddy pair an opportunity to get to know one another. Please try to attend if possible, to meet your buddy!

Calendar and Meet Signup

A calendar is up on the Swimtopia website! All the swim meet RSVPs are open on Swimtopia so check it out to help you plan ahead! If you already know you will or will not be attending a swim meet, please mark your swimmer(s) accordingly! RSVPs for the first meet on June 3 will close FRIDAY, May 29, so please make sure to mark/double check your availability as soon as possible!
