Banquet Awards/Season Video Recap
Good Evening Crocs!
Thank you again for a wonderful season! It was so nice to have time tonight to celebrate with our CROC family. I might be a little biased, but as I looked around the pool tonight I couldn't help but smile about being a part of the best swim team in the league. We are very proud of all our swimmers and the season- incredible things have been accomplished both in/out of the pool this summer! For those that were not able to join us, we have put your award in your folder of the ribbon box and placed it by the front check in desk for pick up at your convenience. Please try to pick it up before summer ends!

Season Video/Pictures
Here is the amazing video that have been produced to celebrate the end of the 2026 season! A huge shout out to Emilie White for spending her valuable time to put this together for us again this season! Thank you also to all the families who sent us pictures so that we could share the memories with the team! This video is worth watching several times to take in all of the moments from the season!
CHAMPS Recap
I will send a recap of each day of CHAMPS as the Crocs finish the season this Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19! However, after that, I promise I will stop sending you emails :) We are at SWIMRVA competing both days if anyone wants to come out and cheer on the team/watch the meet!
End of Season Celebration Dinner at Los Panchos- CHANGED to 5:30 due to later CHAMPS projected end time
We plan to have one last team hang out on Sunday, July 19 at Los Panchos at 5:30PM after the last day/session of CHAMPS! We will be heading to the Los Panchos at 3532 Pump Road, Henrico, VA 23233! We would love to have you join and celebrate the end of the 2026 season :) Come out and hang with us for dinner! I can't promise we will all be able to sit in the same area due to the large amount of RSVPs I have received at this time but the restaurant has assured me that they are happy to have us all!
CHAMPS Families-
Instead of sending out a separate email, here is the projected timeline for both sessions of both days. Please reach out to me directly if you need to discuss time of arrival, not coming to warm-ups, etc. I expect Saturday sessions to fly by with it only being 10-under and Sunday for them to try to see if they can speed things up to shorten the amount of time for the day.
I also still need some volunteers! Please sign up here and help me out so we don't have to assign them to families. I know Clerk of Course gets a bad reputation but its Sunday and it's 11-18 year olds- I am hopeful it won't be too bad.
THANK YOU
I hope everyone has a wonderful end of summer and start back to the school year. Please reach out to me if there is anything I can do to support your swimmer(s)! Again, thank you for a wonderful summer full of energy/spirit, sportsmanship, fun, and swimming :) It has been another amazing season working with all our CROC families!
GO CROCS!
Sincerely,
Coach Lauren
