Dear Canterbury Families,

Despite the weather and meet delays this week, we collected over 520 pounds of food from our “Pie a Coach” raffle and 320 pounds of food at our Virginia Colleges Competition. UVA won the contest with 153 pounds. JMU came in second place with 90 pounds, followed by VT (44 lbs), and W&M (33 lbs).

Thanks to everyone’s generous donations this summer, we have collected over 3,600 pounds of food so far for the Central Virginia Food Bank!

We hope to see everyone for our final Spirit Night at Chipotle (10501 West Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060) on Monday, July 24th from 5:00 - 9:00 PM.

Please show the attached flyer (hard copy or on your phone), or tell the cashier before you pay, that you are here for our Dunk Hunger fundraiser-- 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Dunk Hunger - Central Virginia Food Bank!

If you place an online order on 7/24, please choose the pay in-store option and inform the cashier of your participation in the fundraiser before paying.

Although our swim team season is coming to a close there are still ways you can help support Dunk Hunger through August 31st. There will be a canned food donation box in the main pool entrance next week. We will also keep our collection bin at the snack bar for monetary donations.
