Good evening Crocs!!

We have our 5th meet of the season this Wednesday, July 12th  versus the Twin Hickory Torpedoes.

Location: 4601 Twin Hickory Lake Dr. , Glen Allen

Meet schedule:

4:30 pm - Check in tables ready

5-5:20 pm - Twin Hickory warm ups

5:25 - 5:45 pm -Canterbury warm ups

5:40 pm - Mite relays report to clerk of course

6:00 pm - Meet start

Parking: Canterbury should park in the main parking lot.

Seating:  Seating for our team is located on the right side of the pool or straight in front of you as you enter the pool area.  Please bring deck chairs for your use.

Check In : Check in begins at 4:30 and must be completed by 5:30.  A table will be set up in the grass outside the gate.

Clerk of the Course: The Clerk of the Course is located in the back of the pool, near the starting blocks, on the side of the dive pool.

Concessions: Twin Hickory will be selling Extreme Pizza, freshly grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, baked goods, fruit and pasta salad, assorted drinks and more.

Weather: Per GRAL guidelines if there is a sighting of lightning or hearing of thunder, all participants must clear the pool deck. You may wait outside the pool deck or in your cars.  Only Parent Reps, Meet Director and the Pool Management will meet in the clubhouse to make a decision about the continuation of the meet. 

PLEASE RSVP BY 11:00 MONDAY MORNING!!! THIS IS AN AWAY MEET AND WE DO NOT HAVE AS MUCH FLEXIBILITY TO CHANGE EVENTS AT THE LAST MINUTE!!!

ONE FINAL NOTE: As we approach our final meet of the year on July 17th versus Ashcreek the coaches have decided to let the kids pick their events.  The swimmers will be able to pick their events and Thursday afternoon's practice , Friday morning or Monday morning.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TEXT OR EMAIL REQUESTS.  The swimmer must come to one of the times noted above.
