SAVE THE DATE - TEAM PHOTOS and SWIM-A-THON

On Friday, June 23rd we will have our team and individual photos, as well as our annual Canterbury Swim-a-Thon to benefit VCU Massey Cancer Center.

We will begin lining up for the team photo promptly at 8 am.  If you have work or camps, you may arrive as early as 7:45 to do an individual photo.  After the team photo, we will then complete the individual photos and start the swim-a-thon. 

What is the a swim-a-thon? Watch our short video from last year to get an idea.  In short, it's lot of fun, swimming,some snacks and raising money for a great cause.  More details and FAQs can be found on our Massey team site.

Over the past 4 years, Canterbury swimmers have raised a little over $10,000 to benefit Massey Cancer Center  The fight against cancer is especially near and dear to our hearts as our Canterbury teammate, 9 year old Jack Becker continues in the second year of his fight against lymphoma.

If you'd like to dedicate your swim to Jack or a loved one fighting cancer, you will be able to purchase and decorate a swim cap, which will be available at the 6/21 meet.  We will also do a raffle for front row parking for our three home swim meets.
